George Robertson is the best realtor a person could have, period! First, when my wife and I were looking around for properties in Morro Bay we went to talk to different realtors and many of them were not interested in talking to us, and just wanted a quick sale. When we met George he took the time to get to know us and asked what we wanted in house and what we're our goals. He even recommend a great Leander that we can work with that was local. George's knowledge of the central coast is invaluable. He show us houses that were in our budget and in great places. He also went to the city planners office several times to get information on properties that we were thinking of buying. His communication was great! He emailed, called, and text when we needed to be informed. He is dedicated to find us our house. We put several offers on several different properties throughout Morro Bay and he was always upbeat and very patient with these offers (we were extremely picky)! I consider George a friend and I will ONLY recommend him, if anyone need a realtor in the central coast. My family and I are VERY lucky to have George as our realtorand we are going to use his services again at the end of this year when we buy another house. So the terms of the sale of our present home were critical to both the financing and timing of the move. George's continuing advice on those matters was spot on. It included how to prepare the house for sale, when to start limited showings, when to go full on MLS exposure, etc. Since the completion date of our new home was not predictable with any degree of certainty, we needed George to find us just the right buyer. We needed a buyer willing to contract with us virtually free of restrictive contingencies, free of costly repair requirements, and flexible as to move-out date, a tall order indeed! But George did it! He is held in high esteem by his fellow agents in this area, which is of great benefit to his clients in the negotiations critical to any sale. His candor, his word, and his integrity all paid dividends for us in this complex process. There were miles of paperwork to be completed, but he guided us through it painlessly and expeditiously with excellent support from his broker's fine support staff at Haven Properties. Throughout the process he was constantly in contact with us by phone, email, and messaging. He always let us feel we were calling the shots, but always with his guidance to manage our expectations and concerns. Just what you want in an agent. We met George when we stopped at a house in Morro Bay that had a for sale sign and looked interesting. Lucky for us George was the listing agent on the house and was there showing the property. My wife and I waited until George had completed his discussion with the prospective buyers and we talked and we could tell right away that George was an informed and dedicated realtor. We worked closely with George over the next week looking at lots of properties and occupying a lot of George's time. He stayed with us all the way and we finally found something we liked. From the initial offer through the close George was very responsive and very quick to respond. This deal was done in 30 days with some back and forth but all together very quick and very clean. George proved time and again that he was working hard on our behalf and was really steady and solid. George listened well and advised us well when we on the local market and local practices. Buying a home was something my husband and I had not gone through before. We had spoken or emailed a couple of other realtors before we found George. George is an exceptional real estate agent. We were out of town buyers and very needy. We told him our 'have to haves' and he assured us he would find that perfect house and he did!! He not only assisted with the DocuSign documents, texting updates on sellers responses to our queries , he also provided a list of all the services and contact information for us. He took our application for water to the facility so we would have service at closing. We asked about a veterinarian for our dogs and he checked and provided one that his neighbors use.
